Requirements from Management

The following support is required from management:

  • Overview & brief training to CAPINASIA on Client accounting tool.
  • Access to CAPINASIA for Client accounting tool training environment.
  • Overview & briefing of various domicile specific requirements.
  • Overview & briefing of process, working paper and any standard excel models being followed.
  • Reports to Management

    The following reports will be submitted to management:

  • Skill gap assessment report.
  • Attendance & Behavioral report.
  • Post training evaluation report with recommendations.

    “Domicile specific trainings” in consultation with the respective Domicile lead.

    Every captive insurance domicile is unique in the nature of regulatory affairs, business and reporting requirements. Certain domiciles are more stringent in terms of regulatory procedures and reporting requirements, which may require additional training.

    After due consultation with the respective domicile leads, we can design a customized training program.

    International Centre for Captive Insurance Education (USA) offers the following certification programs.

  • 2. Fees is to be paid directly to ICCIE only.
  • 3. CAPINASIA will facilitate administrative matters viz.,
  • Overview & briefing of process, working paper and any standard excel models being followed.

  • Administrative support from admission to completion of the programs
  • 4. Programs are offered by ICCIE & not CAPINASIA.
  • Client can project the skilled & certified resource strength to transit more work from various domiciles across the globe.
  • If 20% of Client staff have qualified in “CCI” then they can get the “ICCIE Trained Organization” designation. This will help Clientin projecting/highlighting the knowledge/skill strength it possess.
